Shipping Policy

Orders can take up to 3 days to be processed from the date they are placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday at the earliest. During busier periods, such as sales events or UK bank holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk folder!) and another when your parcel is processed with a tracking number. Orders can be tracked directly from the website. For any issues, contact us at growingagenius@outlook.com.

UK Customers

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 days, £4.50
  • Free Delivery: For UK orders over £100
  • Express Next Day Delivery: £12 – Order must be placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday, to guarantee delivery by 1pm the following day. Orders placed on Friday for this option will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered Tuesday.

International Customers

  • Standard Delivery: 10–14 days
  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Customs & Taxes:
Some international orders may incur customs duties or taxes. If charges are applied, you will receive an email from the shipping company with a payment link. Growing a Genius is not responsible for customs charges. Customers have 5 days to make payment; otherwise, parcels may be returned.

Customs authorities require the declared value on parcels. They may delay, deny, or apply additional charges. Customers are responsible for any extra costs imposed by customs.

Undeliverable Parcels
If a package is refused or undeliverable and returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Customers will be notified via email and may opt to have the parcel resent for an additional shipping fee.

Detailed Postal Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a full, detailed address and a telephone number, especially for Middle East deliveries. If the address is incomplete, we will contact you via email to confirm, and the parcel will be held until verified.
